Starting the day with a delicious and healthy breakfast is the best, delicious! 😋
So today I thought I’d share 10 stupid (I mean delicious) breakfast recipes to start your day.
You know, as a man, I do everything I can to improve every aspect of my life. 👀
Classic avocado toast
– Time: 5 minutes
ingredients:
– 2 slices of whole wheat bread
– 1 ripe avocado
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Optional toppings: boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes or red pepper flakes
Simply mash avocado, spread it on toast, sprinkle some salt and pepper, and add your favorite toppings.
Nice easy breakfast!
Greek yogurt parfait
– Time: 7 minutes
ingredients:
– 1 cup Greek yogurt
– 1/2 cup granola
– Mixed red fruits (strawberries, raspberries, raspberries)
– Honey for sprinkling
Pile Greek yogurt, granola, and berries in a cup or bowl.
Drizzle a little honey on top for extra sweetness and flavor.
Thin blueberry pancakes
– Time: 15 minutes

– 3 eggs
– A handful of fresh spinach
– Feta cheese (crumbed)
– Salt and pepper to taste

Beat the eggs with a whisk and pour them into the hot frying pan. Add spinach, feta cheese, and anything else you like.
Fold them all together and cook until the eggs are cooked. That’s it.
Banana and walnut juice
– Time: 5 minutes
ingredients:
– 1 ripe banana
– 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
– 1/4 cup of walnuts
– 1/2 cup of milk
– Ice Cube
Throw everything in the blender (but don’t throw it all out the window because you’re angry 👀) and blend until smooth and smooth.
Quick and nutritious breakfast to go.
Chia seed pudding (my favorite)
-Time: 5 minutes (plus refrigeration overnight)
ingredients:
– 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
– 1 cup almond milk
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– Fresh fruits for topping
Mix chia seeds, almond milk, and vanilla in a bowl. Place it in the refrigerator overnight.
The next day, add fresh fruit on top before eating. Very simple.
Delicious breakfast burrito
– Time: 15 minutes
ingredients:
– scrambled eggs
– Black beans
-Dip
– Avocado slices
– Grated cheese
– Whole wheat tortilla
You can prepare a delicious breakfast by filling tortillas with scrambled eggs, black beans, salsa, avocado, and cheese.
Roll it up for a hearty, satisfying breakfast. Easy and delicious.
Quinoa Breakfast Bowl
– Time: 20 minutes
ingredients:
– Cooked quinoa
– Laminated almonds
– Fresh blackberries
-Greek yogurt
– Honey for sprinkling
Mix the cooked quinoa, almonds, and berries then spoon some Greek yogurt on top.
Finish with a drizzle of honey for a touch of sweetness.
Cinnamon French toast sticks
– Time: 10 minutes
ingredients:
– Bread slices
– 2 eggs
– 1/2 cup of milk
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon
– Maple syrup for dipping
Take the slices of bread and dip them in a mixture of eggs, milk, and cinnamon.
Cook until golden brown then serve with a drizzle of maple syrup. Tasty!
