  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme (or 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves)

Instructions:

  1. Season the pork chops: Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Sear the pork chops: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and sear until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.

  6. Return pork chops to the skillet: Once the sauce has thickened, return the pork chops to the skillet. Spoon some of the sauce over the pork chops. Allow them to simmer in the sauce for another 5-6 minutes, or until they are cooked through.
